4. Access Restrictions & Security

To protect content creators and prevent abuse:

• Viewing links are unique and tokenized

• Links may expire after a defined period

• Concurrent or excessive viewing may be restricted

• Buyer identification (such as name or email) may be displayed during playback as a deterrent to unauthorized sharing

You agree not to:

• Share your access link publicly

• Sell, rent, or redistribute purchased content

• Attempt to bypass access controls or security features

• Record, download, or screen-capture films unless explicitly permitted

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Payments & Refunds

a) Payments

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment details on our servers.

b) Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the content:

• All sales are final

• Refunds are not provided once access has been delivered, except where required by law or in cases of technical failure on our part

If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.

6. Availability & Technical Issues
